About Iman Poorfarokh

Iman Poorfarakh was born in Iran in 30 April 1985. He started learning painting at a young age under the supervision of prominent Iranian masters.then he decided to go to Paris for a 2-year training course in oil painting and gained a lot of experience there.After returning to his hometown, he went to university and completed his academic studies in the field of mechanical engineering in the field of industrial design at the bachelor's level. After completing his education, he entered the world of work and engineering, but his strong interest in the art of painting made him never leave art, and after immigrating to Turkey, he decided to continue his inner interest.Currently, he is learning the secrets of this beautiful art under the supervision of a master Yavuz İşdeğer,with fifty years of experience in art and especially in oil painting . The portraits painted by the painter Iman Pourfarukh of the face of the great leader of Turkey, Mr. Atatürk, are very popular and have been displayed in many exhibitions.

From the beginning, he was fascinated by the works and painting styles of two great Iranian painters.Mr Abbas Katouzian and Mr Rahim Navessi . until now he prefers this style of painting more and it can be seen in all his works.
